Can I use the USB Audio and the I2S outputs at the same time?
No, you must pick one or the other.

Yes, I have mine cabled that way and need to switch via the output selection screen when I want to change output method. Very easy. Just mute your system if you switch live so you don’t get a pop of sound.

I have a Schiit Gungnir DAC I use that provides extra outputs that can be used at the same time. I connect it using USB from the HiFi Rose.
