SiriusXM implementation

I know this has been brought up before and HIFI Rose says they have no plans of implementing but I think adding SiriusXM to the units would be a HUGE perk for buying a hifi rose streamer. I know the audio is not great from SiriusXM but many people have a subscription through their car and could stream the internet radio free of charge. SiriusXM channels would look awesome on the display and I think it would be a huge perk to add to your units. Many people stream SiriusXM while they work or are doing other activites around the house

I get that it might be difficult, but I also think it would be a great addition to your platform. It is the only missing service preventing me from purchasing one of your products.

I get that it’s not a lossless format, but there are many services that are also not (i.e. Spotify); it is a great service for music discovery.

Consumer products like Sonos, BlueOS, Amazon Echo, and Grace Digital all support it - it would great to see you support it as well.

While I understand the current priorities and recognize the limited number of Sirius support requests here, I believe there’s broader interest in this feature. Is there a way to formally submit feedback or a petition to demonstrate this demand?

Additional issues for Sirius XM appear difficult to add internally, regardless of priority.
I will once again pass this on to the software team.

“YOU HAVE REALLY FOCUS ON DEVICE STABILIZATION” and you have to do it quickly because the experience of the user is terrible and the software Rose is a disaster.
I’ve a DB of 160.000 files, all perfectly tagged taht are managed perfectly by DB tool of my old Cocktail Audio x 30.
Rose rs150B shows only 60.000 of the multimedia library. So I loss more than 50% of my albums that are perfectly readable by PC on the HD linked to Rose.
Other problem is that the tag are not managed. In particular the genre classification is casual and not compliant with the original tag.

  1. Initialize the DB on your RS150b and scan the DB again from the beginning.

  2. Please tell us your Rose ID
    RS150b–>Settings–>System info–>Rose ID

  3. Please take a picture of the screen you see after entering the media library on your RS150b and send it to me.
    RS150b–>Settings–>System settings–>Media library

  4. Press Remote Debug on your RS150b.
    RS150b–>Settings–>System settings–>Remote debug
    Once the symptom appears again, press the remote debug button and let me know.

(Press Remote debug once and do not turn off the Rose device.)

  1. I did many times initialization the DB and scan the DB from the beginning. The result is always a partial scan of my DB music. I attach the picture of the DB 64.773 files but the SSD linked to Rose by USB contains 165.921 files/songs

  3. The total files on the SSD linked to Rose is 165.921 files/songs all perfectly tagged

We have checked your Rose device remotely.

When doing a DB scan, there are flac files and cue files in your SSD, but an error occurs when loading the files.

Can we receive the files in the folder below stored on your SSD?

the system is 5.6

but now the situation of the Rose is terrible: the app of Iphone does’nt work, the PC don’t see the library so I can use only the touch screen :rage:

After checking, your Rose device is not the latest version.
If your RS150b version is 5.6 (Early access), scroll down and press the roll back button on the right of “Use the office update version” to update.

I will deliver the RS150b latest version update file to your email.
If the update does not work even after trying the method above, please request the RS150b update file via email below.
We confirm that installing the latest version will solve the problem you encountered above.

I update the system to 5.7
I initilized and scanned my SSD many times
The result is always a big loss of files in media library, so I can’t play many many albums
What can I do?
I’m very angry and depressed because of RS150B
