Sleepy RS250! Please advise!

Please advise if you can…my RS250 keeps switching itself off in mid-music, no matter the input: analogue, CD, optical or co-ax…the screen goes blank then the sound stops about a minute later. Sometimes it restarts itself, sometimes with a random VU display, always I have to reselect the input.

Anyone else encounter this, or know the solution please?

Are you using some external DAC or the streamer itself?
Try to unplugged everything except power cord and signal cable.

No, no external DAC.

Are you using a music app you have signed into? I cancelled Qobuz. However, I can still access it but only listen to ~30 seconds of each track.

It happens on all inputs, not just Qobuz, so it’s unlikely to be Qobuz. Thanks for the suggestion though

I have a few things to check.

  1. First, the VU meter related issue will be fixed and distributed in the update next week.
  2. It is strange that all sound sources play for only 1 minute. Does the same problem occur after factory resetting your RS250?
    RS250–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset
