Songs/Artists in Tidal Library, but not in Rose App

UK 80’s band Prefab Sprout - all of their content is on Tidal, yet when I select Tidal from the Rose App on mobile and search for them, only the videos are listed, not tracks.

Interested in your thoughts about this Rose Team.

A log out and log back in solved it.

I have the same issue. But I have to log out and log back in everyday. It doesn’t help permanently.
Any help?

  1. Do you see songs/Artists in Tidal Library via ROSE device? Or you can’t see them even in ROSE device?
  2. What’s your phone model?
  3. Is your ROSE device on latest version?
  4. Are you using the latest version of Rose APP? (Latest version: 4.05.44)
    Please re-install the Rose APP.
  5. Does it happen to all Songs/Aritsts in your Rose Tidal library?
  6. If the issue keep occurs even after re-install, would it be possible for you to send me a screenshot?

I see everything on the Rose device!
It’s an Ipad Vers. 4.
Latest version of Rose App.
It did already re-install.
All artists

when I use the Rose device, the artist show up again in the App.

Hello,

I deleted the app, made an update of the iPad to the newest IPadOS and re-installed the app. Now everything works!
