Starting Rose Hifi app

How do I get rid of the announcement, that there’s a new version of the Rose Hifi-app, every time I start the app???

There is currently no way to get rid of that pop-up.

I get the pop-up even though my version is the latest. And when I click on it takes me to the App Store and I only see the open option. There is nothing to update.

Please check a few things.

  1. What is the system version info displayed on your Rose device?
    Rose device–>Settings–>System info–>System version info

  2. Which RoseConnect app are you using?
    RoseConnect premium or EA

If your Rose device’s system version is set to Official, you must use the RoseConnect premium app. If your Rose device’s system version is set to Early Access, you must use the RoseConnect EA app. If different, a pop-up will appear.
