Stock after upgrading

I just upgraded my 250 and stock in the “Reboot
system now” I can’t seem to do anything since rose connect cannot find my device. Need help here. Thanks in advance

  1. Would you turn off WIFI(or Ethernet) and turn ON again?
    RS250 > Settings > WI-FI or Ethernet

  2. Do you see IP address here? What’s written?
    RS250 > Settings > SystemInfo > IP address

As mentioned, everything hang and cannot do anything. Even rotating the knob is not responding. Here’s the screen picture. Even if I turn off and on the power, it will return to the same screen. BTW, I also tried connecting a USB keyboard, and still no response.

  1. If there’s something connected to USB port, please plug it off.
  2. Doesn’t it response as well when you press the power button?
  3. Have you pulled off the power cable and plug in again?
  4. Would you let me know the MAC address of the RS250? It’s at the bottom of RS250, starts with D0EB

  1. None. I have nothing connected to the 2 USB port.
  2. No response when I short press the power bottom.
  3. Yes. After putting back the power cord, it will booth up and return to the same screen.
