I never created a PIN and it does not allow me to enter the setting menu. How can I create a PIN code. I have not opted for factory reset a fear it might erase all my playlists. Does factory reset erase all Tidal and Spotify accounts on the streamer too?
If a PIN code entry screen appears, it means that you previously set an 8-digit PIN code.
If your RS150b has been updated, the PIN code input screen will appear, and you simply need to enter your 8-digit PIN.
If you have forgotten your PIN and need to perform a factory reset, that is the only available option.
Even if you factory reset your RS150b, your playlists and favorite lists are stored in your Rose account and will not be deleted. However, any logged-in Tidal and Spotify accounts on the streamer will be logged out, and you will need to log in again.
