Dear HiFi Rose,
After repeatedly reporting crackling noises when playing music videos via Rosetube, my issue remains unresolved. My device (RS 520) still has approximately one month of warranty left. It cannot be that the processing of this issue is delayed to the point where I can no longer claim it under warranty.
As previously mentioned, I sent the device to Audio NEXT GmbH, the distributor of HiFi Rose products in Germany. It was returned to me with the explanation that it is a firmware problem and not a hardware defect. Unfortunately, no further assistance has been provided since, which I find very disappointing – especially for a device in this price range.
I sincerely hope my issue will be addressed in a timely manner and that a satisfactory solution will be found.
