Occasionally the system switches automatically into standby mode. As far as I can see it happens only when listening IR (television sound). There seems to be no relation with the standby (OFF) setting. Whats happening here ?

I have a few questions for you.
- What is the model name of the Rose device you use? Are you using RS520?
- If you use RS520, is e-ARC power interlock enabled in in/out settings?
- Is the Sleep timer function activated on your Rose device?
If you look at the top of your Rose device’s initial screen, the moon icon to the right of the message icon is the sleep timer function. - If Rose device–>Settings–>System settings–>Audtomatic standby mode settings is activated, set it to not in use.

@ROSEHAN Well the fix did not work. Yesterday the unit went again in standby while watching and listening TV via IR input. Whats happening ? Additionally : this only happens when listening TV via IR. Never when listening Tidal or Spotify or Radio
