I have owned quite a few pieces of electronics over the last sixty years.
I have never received such great product support.
There are some issues with Rose’s software but you are working on them as hard and fast as you can. I’m now retired but when I was working, I worked with software developers every day.
I used to tell my clients that when the software was 95% complete that they were halfway through the required budget. It takes an enormous effort to complete the last five percent in making software a professional, polished product. You are in that painful last five percent. Keep doing what you’re doing. You’re doing a great job and I love the software. It’s brilliant and far ahead of any other company.
