If you look at the picture I sent below, you can see which track is currently playing highlighted.
Can you be a little more specific and tell me on which screen you want the track currently playing to be highlighted?
Here on an album.
We see at the bottom right a piece of music and on the track list no indication (Track 1 in this example)
Sorry, it is not possible to highlight which song is currently playing within an album.
