System crash RS250a

When trying to enter output setting for the analog output, the system crashes.
Any ideas?

  1. How does the device crash when you enable analog output in the output settings on RS250a?
  2. Do you have any problems with RS250a if you make different settings?
  3. Please tell us the version information of your RS250a.

Hi @ROSEHAN,
The analog output is already enabled.
When i enter the settings for that output the system crashes.
I dont have any other problems with settings for different outputs.
System version: 4.19.01

I tried several times to mail you a video of the system crash.
Mail cannot be delivered.

Please let me know how I can sent you the video.

When I saw it, the video size was too large to be transmitted.

  1. Is your RS250a crashed? Or does the RoseConnect app crash?

  2. Does the same symptom appear even if you factory reset your RS250a?
    RS250a–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset

  3. When sending an email, please compress your video into a zip file and send it.

  1. The RS 250 stops.
  2. did not do a factory reset yet, was hoping for a little less rigoureus solution.
  3. Does not matter how send the video, keeps coming back…

Currently, we are not experiencing any crashes when setting up the analog output part.

  1. Does a crash always appear when setting analog output?
  2. If it appears occasionally, what is the frequency?

1.Always, since a week now.
App on the RS250 restarts after it happens.
When i try to accces it from my tablet (android) the app on my tablet stops.
Running the latest versions.

Please check a few additional things.

  1. If you enable analog output on your RS250, will analog output be activated after RS250 crashes?
  2. I recommend doing a factory reset on your RS250a.
    RS250a–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset

  1. output stays activated, even when app crashes.
  2. will do a a factory reset.
    Problem with this is that we still dont know whats couses the crash.

If the same symptom appears even after factory reset, please tell us the Rose ID of your RS250a.
RS250a–>Settings–>System info–>ROSE ID
