Systems constantly not being able to register using ethernet

Almost every single time i shut down my 150b with my ipad, the next time i try to login, it tries to re-register the ipad to the device and it cannot . the only way i seem to be able to make it work is to delete the rose connect premium app, redownload it from the apple app store and it them finds it for that session. when i shut it down using the ipad, it loses it again the next time. [I use ethernet and have even tried a static IP but i cannot even register the device using a static ip

Please confirm a few things.

  1. When you try to use RS150b and iPad with RoseConnect app, if you just reboot RS150b, Roseconnect app can’t find RS150b?
  2. Does this problem continue to occur even if you install RoseConnect app on your phone instead of iPad?
  3. Are your RS150b and iPad connected to the same network?
    RS150b—>Settings—>System Info—> IP address shown in IP Address and Wi-Fi IP connected to your phone Up to two points must be same.

Example) Correct
Ethernet IP Address: 192.168.4.44
iPad IP Address: 192.168.4.33

Example) Wrong
Ethernet IP Address: 192.168.4.44
iPad IP Address: 192.168.6.33

If the system version information of your RS150b is displayed as 5.7 (Official) as above, you must use the RoseConnect Premium app.

RS150b–>Settings–>System info–>System version info–>5.8 (Early access)

I am using roseconnect premium - and i am connected wired not wifi. the app always loses the device and only finds it when i delete the roseconnect premium app and restart. this is the worst app i have ever used

Please check a few things.

  1. Is your Rose device connected to LAN and your phone connected to the same Wi-Fi as LAN?
  2. Please tell me the model name of the device on which your RoseConnect premium app is installed.
  3. Does the same issue occur when you connect your Rose device to Wi-Fi instead of LAN?
