I am the user of RS150b and just bought a new RS 130 from the official dealer in HK.
Sadness to say, I set up the machine and it is unable to update the firmware. It keeps telling me “ERR_CONNECT_TIMEOUT” and RS 130 cannot be searched in the apps “Rose HIFI” so there is no Apple Music.
I can guarantee that my network is totally fine. If I change my streamer back to RS150b, everything is fine. I am still waiting responses from the local distributor and they said Rose will solve the problem by sending a file for the update. Until now, there is no solution.
