The PLL on your dac

Just a little tip that can improve the sound of your audio, the Rose streamers are at such a high level of performance that your dac does not need to the PLL to be on? if you can try in the dac’s menu switch it off and see if you notice the difference, I am using the Holo May Dac…

What does your doctor say about this?

Sorry if it went over head…my mistake…

Turning off the Phase-Locked Loop (PLL) on a DAC can improve audio quality by reducing jitter, as it allows the DAC to rely on its own high-quality internal clock rather than synchronizing to a potentially jittery, noisy, or lower-quality incoming digital signal. This bypasses the correction circuitry that introduces phase errors, often resulting in more accurate timing, improved soundstage, and a more natural, “analog” sound.

no, it’s turning on…

One of course could just use USB, as nature intended, and avoid any externally caused jitter whatsoever. But for audiofools it’s too easy. Or, better yet, use a streamer with built-in DAC, as the nature had also intended.
