The Rights Company Does Not Allow Streaming Of This Track

Every single song I select through the Tidal part of the HiFi Rose App, displays this message, before it plays the track.

Why does this happen?

The problem appears to be a temporary error. Please try one thing.
Rose device–>Tidal–>human button at the bottom left–>Settings–>Log out and log in again.
Please let me know if the same symptoms appear after logging in again.

Tried that - logged out and logged back in and the message of ‘The Rights Company Does Not Allow Streaming Of This Track’ is still displaying for every track that I select.

Please check a few things.

  1. The message is related to the rights company, so it will only appear on certain songs.
    Will the selected song play on Tidal Connect?
  2. Does the message appear when playing any song other than the one you selected?
  3. If there are songs that can be played on Tidal connect but not through Rose, please take a screenshot and send it to me.

Can I stress here, that the message appears on every song I select when using Tidal through the HiFi Rose App.

Sure there are songs that don’t play, due to rights, and it skips to the next song - BUT, when it does skip to the next song, the same message appears.

That message appears on every track that I select, when using your App

On Tidal Connect, the message never appears and you can see the songs that won’t play as they are greyed out.

Look it’s no biggie for me, it’s just one of those crazy things that the HiFi Rose platform throws up. There’s no need for it to do it though is there?

It happens when you select music via the ‘My Tracks’ section of Tidal via the HiFi Rose App.

Does not happen when selecting the tracks via ‘My Albums’ or ‘My Playlist’.

In Tidal, if the play all, shuffle play, or song execution option in “My Tracks” is Play from here, all songs are played, so if even one of them has a sound source related to the rights company, a corresponding message occurs.

In the Tidal app, the rights company sound source is disabled as shown in the picture below.

When you play a right company sound source in the Tidal app, a message appears as shown in the picture below.
