My Rose won’t turn on…
When pressing the on button I can hear the relay but the display not turn on
Try to disconnect power looked to fuse but nothing
Any suggestions???
I have same issue with my RS520 and have it sent to the authorised dealer. Because of unavailability of parts, I need to wait for a little bit longer than a week. The Rose support and dealer are really helpful

Are you US based? I’m guessing no. Need to figure out where to send for repairs.
Im from Lithuania, I bought Rose from Riga, Latvia, the dealer not repair my ROSE, they give me new one. Something burned in my ROSE.
