Dear Rose Support,
I bought the 150 B 3 weeks ago, now 2 hearts are beating in my chest.
The device is really well built and the software is very nice and most of it works but the most important thing is missing.
Just for info:
The Rose is not my first high-end streamer, but I hope it will be my last.
But there are some important conditions:

It is imperative that the software has a TAG editor for creating your own albums or adding missing data (album name, artist, cover, etc.)

Data transfer to the installed HDD must be significantly simplified, improved and significantly faster.
It’s really a shame that these improvements weren’t implemented right away.
The Rose devices are not a cheap offer, you have a high-end claim and not only the optics design has to be top but also the operation (software).
There are enough software examples from other streamer manufacturers.
Hence my urgent request, please do it this way and then you can sell many of the devices.
As it is, I can’t sell the device to any of my high-end customers because I would have to do constant support.
Rich customers are very spoiled and therefore very exhausting.
