I installed the update on my HiFi Rose 250 A today. Now I can’t play any streaming services anymore. No Tidal, no Apple Music. What can I do now? The queue remains empty.
Rose will probably write now that we are sorry and ask for patience, because it works well when something breaks, because they do not listen to people, because new software, whether system or application, should be tested on their own first.
Did you download the app update?
Could you please provide the Rose ID and system version of your RS250A? (You can check this under Settings > System Information).
If the issue persists even after restarting the device, it is highly likely a network-related problem. If your network connection is stable but the problem continues, please take a video or photo of the issue and send it to the email address below. We will review it and get back to you
