Hello, whatever I use Tidal videos or rosetube, the images are not synchronied with voices sound. The image is always 1 or 2 sec behind the image.
I tried with wifi and wired internet connection with the same result.
It is really unpleasant and takes away my pleasure to watch music videos.
What do you plan to do to correct the situation?

When connecting HDMI, the sync may be slightly out of sync. However, if there is a difference of 1 or 2 seconds, it seems like a lot.
If you do a factory reset, please let me know the symptoms.
Rose device–>Settings–>System Settings–>Factory reset

Problem is gone for 2 days. Maybe a bad temporay network connection caused the problematic. Usually, my internet speed is 50 to 60 Mbytes/sec.
