I find it very suspect that this platform does not support Tidal connect. This is simple. BluOS (I use NAD right now - just moved to McIntosh hence my need for a quality DAC) … supports it as do others.
Anyone know why? Seems insane.

We are planning to support Tidal Connect.
However, to support Tidal Connect, you must receive Tidal Connect SDK compatible with your platform (OS).
Currently, Tidal Connect SDK has not been created for the platform (OS) we are using.
In this regard, we have made a request to Tidal, and if an SDK that can be used in the environment being used in Rose is provided in the future, we will be able to support it.

This is the exact same reply from @ROSEHAN for the past two years. So is it realistic that we get Tidal Connect in the next 6 months? Many of us have been waiting since the request was made in 2021.
