Tidal input to high

Hello
I’m using Tidal
I notice the input of Tidal is very high.
some tracks get kind of distorted
like if the volume input is to high.
Also the vu meters are touching the red zone or very close to the red zone.
Is there any way to regulate Tidal input volume?

How is configured output stage? As fixed or variable?

I try both, Fixed and variable.
By fixed or variable you mean on in/out function?
There is a function there that let control the volume as a pre amp or fix a certain volume to be controlled by another amp right?

If you usually use ROSE with its DAC but without pre-amp volume adjust, please consider to set fixed settings, in addition not the highest! for RCA output I reccomend to choose 2000-3000 mV.

Can someone explain to me the difference between using the Rose volume control and setting the pre out level setting? I have the Rose connected to an AV processor. If I set the pre out level setting to the processor’s input sensitivity does this bypass the Rose volume control altogether or do I still have to have the Rose volume set to a certain level to get volume? If the Rose has to be set to a certain volume level, what level should be used? Also, what is the benefit of one method of volume control (Rose controlling volume) over the other (setting the pre out level)?

The pre out level should be set to AT LEAST the input sensitivity of your processor. You should set it higher (which wont break anything) if the volume is too low coming out. The input unbalanced input sensitivity on my pre is 250mv, however I have the pre out on my 150 set to 1600mv unbalanced to achieve the volume i like when using the volume control on my amp.
