When RS 520 goes into standby and then after opening the APP and waking up 520, the Tidal credentials are lost every time. Login again is no problem, but very annoying.
Here are a few things to check:
- Log out of Tidal and delete and reinstall your RoseConnect app.
- Factory reset your RS520.
- Go to the Rose Store on your RS520 and delete and reinstall the Tidal app.
- Do you always have to log in to your Tidal account when your RS520 is turned on from standby mode?
Happened four or five times in a row. Forgot to mention app also didnt have the updated volume setting as well. Strangely enough its over now, without having done anything. Beats me …
