TIDAL missing after firmware update

Control: Android phone
Tidal was working Okay with the device until I updated the Firmware.

Now TIDAL is missing from the streaming option (shows only DLNA, Airplay & Spotify).

What I have tried so far (without success):

  1. Uninstalled and re-installed Rose App on my phone.
  2. Shut down and re-started Rose multiple times.
  3. Searched for Tidal option on the touch screen.

Interestingly, I can play TIDAL on the Rose using external apps such as m-Connect.

PLEASE HELP.

Hi, check the forum first. There have been a million posts about this already. You need to reinstall Tidal (as well as the other optional apps) after updating your firmware.
