Tidal not working on RS 130

Today I recieved a new RS 130 but there is a problem.

I can play Qbuz trough USB without any problems but when I play Tidal I receive an error :
In dutch “Audio kan niet worden afgespeeld. Controleer de instelling van de hoofdklok”

In englisch: Audio can not being played. Check the setting in the masterclock.
The setting is already on internal clock.

I had last week a demo RS 130 witch worked perfect. What is going on?

I wouldn’t know, but it seems the clock is out of sync with this input.
Have you tried having the mains power disconnected for a while and perhaps reverting back to factory settings?

I did several factory settings and also power off.

I also encountered more problems.

In USB Output is working:
Qbuz
Roseradio
Cdplayer 780

Not working
Tidal
Rosetube

In AES/COAX/OPT output is nothing working.

Any thoughts?
I think i return it to the dealer.

  1. What’s the DAC model name you’re using?

  2. When you play TIDAL, doesn’t it play music at all? Or maybe it plays like 10 seconds, and the error message appears?

  3. What’s the value you set here?

  • RS130 > IN/OUT settings > USB output menu > MQA Type > Authenticator
  • PCM resampling Frequency > Max Sample rate > 48kHz
  • PCM resampling Frequency > Resample Rate > 44.1kHz
  1. The clock setting is on internal clock as you’ve mentioned, right?
    RS130 > IN/OUT settings > Clock Settings

  2. What’s the ROSE ID of your RS130?
    RS130 > Settings > SystemInfo >ROSE ID

  3. Does the issue occurs to all TIDAL tracks? Or some of them?

  4. Who’s your main distributor?

I brought the rs130 back to my dealer for testing. Same problems
I get a New one from the distribuar
