Tidal playback issue

Tidal has trouble with audio cache. There is a limit to the cache size and its varies depending on the songs. After playing for certain amount of time, Tidal stops to cache up (the time varies).

The problem only happens when using Network Switch → SOtM sNH-10G with sCLK-EX clock, while using RS150B.

The problem disappeared when using different network (TP link) with RS150B.

Is there a way to fix the problem with the Network switch stated above?

Seems that the obvious solution is to use a switch made by people who know how computer networks work, rather than by people whose only qualification is knowing how to charge $800 for $20 worth of parts and some ludicrous marketing…

To update on the situation:
I contacted HifiRose support. They are investigating the issue as far as I know (last email received on 14/06/2023).

Latest software update did not improve the issue at all.

To anyone with this problem, I recommend contacting the support email from the website to provide them with more information.
