Tidal problem RS250A

Tidal stops every few seconds, there is buffering, it is impossible to use it normally, on another device tidal plays normally, so it’s a rose problem.

Here are a few things to check.

  1. Do you experience the same symptoms when you re-login to your Tidal account in the RoseConnect app?
  2. Do you play tracks from other music streaming apps on your RS250a normally?
  3. Does this happen with a specific music source when the audio source is interrupted in Tidal?
  4. Do you experience the same symptoms when you factory reset your RS250a?
    RS250a–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset
