Tidal problems on RS 250

Hallo Hi Fi Rose,

I have RS 250 for a week and the sound as well the functions of the device and the app are excellent. Mostly I listen Tidal and i insert also Samsung qvo 870 2tb SSD drive .It is started few days ago , every time i turn off the device and again turn on my songs and playlist in Tidal are not available. After i log out from Tidal and again log in data are back.From now on every time when i turn on the device tha data are not there so i need to repeat the process every time. Can you please advise how to solve the issue.

Have the same problem. It should not be necessary to log out and in again every time.

I have a few questions.

Does the same phenomenon appear when the songs in the Tidal playlist are turned On again in Standby Mode?
2. Does the symptom only appear on Tidal? Are Qobuz or RoseTubes ok?
3. Are you using RoseConnect iOS or Android?

1: I do not understand the question? I am not able to play TIDAL when the Rose is turned off or in stand-by.

2: Rose tube is okay, I do not use Qobuz.

3: I use IOS.

And please add in the IOS app that you Can eject the cd from the app when playing cd on the Rose cd player.

The symptom only appear after i turn on device.
There is a message also every time”this is not playing status”.

Rose tube it is ok.

I am using ios app.

When the device is turned on after being turned off, is the Tidal playlist also can not be played on the Rose device?
If you can’t play on the Rose device, try playing after Rose Store → Tidal → Delete data
