Hi. I have been the owner of rs150b for a week. Initially, for the first 2 days, I had no problem playing music from Tidal. After updating the software - I can’t listen to a single track without my music stuttering multiple times - it’s really annoying. I tried changing the ethernet cable inputs, checked the internet connection and it is the same all the time. The piece begins, then pauses for a few or a dozen or so seconds, and so on. It’s the same on Rose tube. Internet radio works fine, and so does YouTube. I have a Yamaha wx10 and the Tidal works there without any problems. I am asking for help in this matter.
P.S.
I still have a problem with the rs150 remote control. The first time I was able to pair it with a device. Unfortunately, after a few hours, I lost the connection and attempts to pair the devices multiple times did not work. Any suggestions?

I have the same problem. Do you have a switch between the 150B and the router, how fast is your internet connection. I had to switch to WiFi.
I connect to the internet using a Netgear switch. Link speed: download 45 Mbit / s, ping 17 ms, upload 19.8 Mbit / s.
just tested for you guys. I have no issues using Rose app and playing tidal. Never use the rose app hence I like Roon better. Did you guys also update the app it self? Not that that should give any stutter.
Switch to WIFI and then back to Hard connection.
