Tracks Not Showing up in Connect App

I have a ton of albums on a SSD drive in the Rose 250. They all show up with their tracks on the front display and will play properly using the front display. However in the app the album titles show up but there are no track contents on many/most of the albums. Others are fine and have the tracks listed. The albums with no tracks listed will not play from the app.

Any guidance would be appreciated. I apologize if this is an old issue as I am new to the forum.

Do you use RS250 after media scanning?
(RS250 > Settings > System Setting > Touch your SSD > Delete DB and Rescan DB)

  1. Would you try…
    ROSE APP > Settings > Reimport DATABASE

  2. Do you mean that you can see few albums with track, many albums don’t?
    Would you show me a screenshot of the albums without tracks?
