Hi,
I would like to introduce a new playback software : Tune Server. Contrary to Audirvana and Roon it is completely free in its basic version, which is already very comprehensive. It works via DLNA.
The sound is truly excellent.
Install and launch Tune Server on your PC, and the Tune player will be available in your browser at: http://localhost:8888.
You can find more information at the following address: https://mozaiklabs.fr
It is compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux.
It can be controlled by invitation (for the moment) via your iPad, Android smartphone, or iOS device.
The application is currently under development, with the final version expected in September.
You can already install beta versions, updates are released several times a day, and there is a forum for reporting bugs.
The developer is very responsive.
Good tests.
Regards.
Thank you for introducing Tune Server and for sharing your recommendation with us.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience and suggestions.
At the moment, our development team is focused on a number of ongoing projects and improvements for existing products. As a result, we do not have plans to add support for new playback software or introduce new features related to third-party playback platforms at this time.
Nevertheless, we appreciate your feedback and will keep it in mind for future consideration.
Thank you for your continued support of HiFi ROSE.
Your Rose One application works very well. However, I am always curious to try new things. Since this player is free, anyone can form their own opinion.
Users of Audirvana and Roon might find it interesting.
Personally, I found the audio quality to be more than impressive.
Please note that I derive no benefit from this, I am just an ordinary user who participates in testing and provides feedback to the developer.
Best regards.
Thank you for your kind words and valuable feedback.
We’re delighted to hear that you’re enjoying ROSE One. We’ll continue to improve the app and provide the best possible audio quality and user experience.
Thank you for your continued support.
