Turnning hdmi on, turns off balanced output

I like to Watch Rosetube on my tv, hdmi are connected to the ordinary hdmi on the tv. Not the ARC.
When I in settings try to turn on hdmi, it automaticly turns off my balanced output. Why?
Have now reset to factory settings 5 times and still the same issue.
How do I fix this?
Best regards LTT

Maybe it is because you use either digital out (HDMI) or Analog OUT (XLR) - they cannot run the same time, as HDMI is transfering the signal without Digital to Analog Conversion (DAC) or signal passes the DAC and give out Analog over XLR.
Or you have the HDMI Passthrough Option turned on.
For Rose RS150 - Manual

And you did not write which model you have.
I have never used RoseTube

@LTT

It is normal for balanced output to be disabled when HDMI is enabled in In/Out Settings.

Okay I see. Well I finally Got it working.

I would be using the BALANCED AND RCA outputs simultaneously. One would feed the amp and the other would be for my subwoofer.

If I were to use the HDMI for VIDEO OUTPUT ONLY, is there a setting that would keep BOTH the balanced audio and RCA audio outputs active?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

If HDMI cable is connected to TV, RS150B will output video signal to TV automatically, regardless of your IN/OUT settings. So, keep RCA and XLR output activated and just connect HDMI cable to TV.
(There are two HDMI ports for RS150B, be careful not to connect to HDMI ARC. HDMI ARC is generally for the users who want to hear the sound of TV via RS150B.)
