Unable to configure analog output

I have a new Hifi Rose RS250A, and I absolutely love it. But today, just a couple of days after receiving it and setting it up, I can’t access the analog out configuration.

Whenever I go [In-Out Settings → the little gear upper left on analog out R and L] I get this message:

“Restart System for stable system operations
Restart”

If I try from Hifi Rose premium app [remote control icon → In/out setting → Output → the little gear upper left on analog out R] the app just shuts down.

I have tried to restart the device several times. This message wasn’t here yesterday.

This issue appears to be a temporary error.
Please check a few things.

  1. Check if the same symptom appears even if you try RS250a–>Settings–>System settings–>Factory reset.
  2. Please tell me your Rose ID.
    RS250a–>Settings–>System info–>Rose ID
  3. If a pop-up message appears even after factory reset, immediately click Settings > System Settings → Remote Debug once after the pop-up appears.

Thanks, after a factory reset it now works. Got an issue with pairing the remote controller after the reset though, but after trying multiple times the pairing suddenly worked.
