Unable to log in to HiFi Rose 201

Hello
I have downloaded the Rose App, but despite receiving an email informing me my account was accepted, I am unable to authenticate my verification.
On attempting to try again using a different password and nickname, all I get is “incorrect user information” on the display.
How can I start again and actually log in?
