Unbalanced output problem

As i’m mainly using an external dac with my RS150, today i was not able to get any analog output from the internal dac (yes output was selected).

I only tried the unbalanced, not the balanced, but absolutely no sound, i checked the volume was set to max.

Only after a poweroff of the unit, with the external dac turned off, i was able to get analogue output.

Please check.

Can you tell me what DAC you are using and how you connected it with RS150? (ex- USB maybe?)

Hi.

The DAC is indeed connectes via USB.

There’s also another thread that i’ve opened regarding that DAC not working in Native DSD as well.
