Not an important question but when I try to upload my picture I can upload it and it appears in the application but when I try to save and move on, the picture disappears. Is this a “bug” or am I doing something incorrectly?

I have another issue with the RoseConnect iOS.
I wanted to slightly modify my Screen Name which is “StandardModel” and it didn’t allow me to reinsert it.
The reason given was that the name limit is 10 characters.
This limit is not in the 250A unit itself.

Are you trying to change the Rose device name?
If so, there is a limit of 10 characters on RoseConnect iOS, Android, and Rose device.
You said that there is no limitation for RS250a.
Is it correct that you want to change device name on the top left of RS250a?

No, I was trying to change my user name.
Same here, no way to change the profile picture. It is gone after pressing the save button in the app.
My original user name was “StandardModel”. I wanted to change my profile on the Mac Rose-Connect app to add some descriptive information about myself…"retired, etc. When I tried to save the changes, the app said usernames can only have ten characters so my prior user name which I put in on the 250A at the time of initiation, has now become “Standard” instead of StandardModel. I tried to reinsert the prior User Name in the settings of the 250A but didn’t find an option to do so. Is there one so that I can get my original username back?
