Upsampling-how does it work

If I set upsampling on to 176.4 if the quoboz track is at 192 will it be downsampled

Hello,

If you set ‘PCM resampling frequency’ as 176.4kHz and play 196kHz tracks in Qobuz, it output as downsampled.
