Hi, in contrast with normal scrolling list behavior, your developers decided by default to hide the scrolling indicator, unless the user touches the screen. Then it appears briefly in the upper right corner, but disappears again very fast.
For example here is the Ethernet page, that counts 6 lines while only 5 can be showed: no vertical scrolling indicator is visible.
When I touch the screen, the indicator appears on the utter right, but it stays only a few seconds visible.
A normal UX (user experience) would be that a scrolling indicator is ALWAYS showed when the list is longer than the available place on the display, and not at all if the list is not longer than the screen height.
The motivation behind it is that it is user friendly when a user should not be forced to ‘guess’ about the possibility for more available information than that currently could be displayed.
I am stunned that such a basic rule of good UX is ignored by your developers. Really very amateurish and completely unworthy for such an expensive product
And it’s even worse when you look at the left menu on this screen. This menu counts 10 lines and NEVER a vertical scrolling indicator is shown.
Here is the list from entry 1 to 6, while I selected item 7 Internet, as you can see in the second block from the left.
Here is the list from entry 5 to 10.
