Hi, I’m new with my RS250, sometimes it can export 4k to my VAVA projector but sometimes screen go black and can only switch back to 1080P.

  1. How long is the HDMI cable?
  2. Does it happen to other HDMI cables?
  3. Does it happen to certain files every time?
  4. What is the detailed model name of your projector?

Hi,

Thanks for getting back to me. I did try couple of different 4K HDMI cables (1.5 - 3m) but didn’t work. When connected,

and if i changed the resolution, it turned black with no image.

My projector is VAVA 4K Ultra Short Throw Laser TV.
