Could you please help us verify a few things?

  1. Does this issue occur only with that specific video file, or are all music and video files unable to play?
  2. Were you trying to play the content directly on your Rose device, or through the RoseConnect app?
  3. What device or NAS is your Rose device connected to via SMB?
  4. Do your login credentials or the SMB path contain any special characters other than English letters and numbers?

It would also be very helpful if you could record a short video showing the issue and send it to the email address below. This will make it much easier for us to investigate and assist you.
