Could you please help us verify a few things?
- Does this issue occur only with that specific video file, or are all music and video files unable to play?
- Were you trying to play the content directly on your Rose device, or through the RoseConnect app?
- What device or NAS is your Rose device connected to via SMB?
- Do your login credentials or the SMB path contain any special characters other than English letters and numbers?
It would also be very helpful if you could record a short video showing the issue and send it to the email address below. This will make it much easier for us to investigate and assist you.
