Video not streaming to external display

I can no longer stream to my TV via HDMI. It has only recently stopped working. I have tried a complete factory reset but that does not fix the problem. I have tried multiple HDMI cables and two different monitors without success.

The 150B is sensing an external connection as it allows me to toggle the TV Out switch on the top right hand corner.

I have tried different resolutions but still have not had any success. I am unsure what else I can try

@ROSEHAN Are you able to provide any guidance on this or do I need to take the unit back to the distributor for repair?

Would you check if any other HDMI cable works?
