I am having issues with lag when running rose tube or tidal videos on my tv. It is directly connected to my wifi which itself is plugged into the master phoneline. Video runs by 4k hdmi to a 4k tv… I have used every quality option in the settings am I missing something?

- Does the content other than 4K video also lags?
- If you can use ethernet, can you try if lag also happens with ethernet?
- Do you have any local 4K file in USB or SSD? Does it lag too?

All content seems to lag.
It is directly connected via ethernet (sorry I didn’t mean Wifi).
No videos on the harddrive only music…

- Please unplug the HDMI cable and play video on ROSE device, not TV. Does it lag?
- Which model are you using? RS150?
- Does it always happen? Or sometimes?
- Do you have other displays, such as monitor or projector? Can you test with another one?
- Do you have other HDMI cables? Can you test with another one?
- If you don’t mind, can you take a video of the lag occurring?
