Volume Control Yes or No?

I have a really dumb question.
I’m getting my Rose RS130B delivered shortly.

I just removed my preamp. Cables won’t be long enough anyway but…
I thought that this unit had volume control - no need for my preamp. Am I right or wrong?

130 or 150B? The former is a digital streamer, it does not have any analog signal to apply volume control to. The latter has.
