Volume goes to zero iPhone

iPhone 16PRO, iOS 27
Rose connect version 1.0.44.3
RS150B Rose OS 5.11.08

The white volume indicator turns up on the iPhone screen at app start and gradually turns the volume down to zero. The volume function on the phone works ok in all other apps.

Have restarted the phone, and re-installed the app.
Works OK from PC & directly on RS150B

We tested for reproduction using an iPhone with the exact same version you mentioned, but were unable to find any issues.

If possible, please check whether it works normally on an Android phone or another iPhone. Also, if you could record a video showing the issue or send us any details that might help us investigate, please email them to shim1691@citech.kr. We will review the information and get back to you.
