VU Meter not engaging

I have just encountered a scenario where the VU meters don’t function. When I try to engage the VU meter from the Rose App, it indicates that it’s ‘not supported in current mode’
Any idea on how to fix this issue?

  1. If VU Meter is activated on the Rose device on the screen where the Vu Meter does not work in the RoseConnect app, is it activated normally?
  2. Isn’t Vu Meter mode activated during video playback?
  3. What type of mobile phone are you using when using the RoseConnect app?

I have the same issue. Du you use the app on an iPad? It works for me with Android but not on IOS with an iPad.
