VU meters slow to respond

The VU meters are very slow to respond, they don’t respond fast enough to truly reflect the music.

Can you fix this…?

It’s just a gimmick - it was never designed to be accurate :man_facepalming:t2:

VU meter is the most failed device, I don’t understand how difficult it is to achieve or close to real-time.

You must also consider that VUs simulate analog instruments, they are not peak meters where the response is in real time. The famous Mc Intosh instruments have the same delay in response. Anyway, any improvements are appreciated.

Of course I know VU meter is not peak meters and a real mechanical VU may has 0.5 to 1 second delay but it should not delay so much as 8 to 10 seconds.

No 8 seconds is excessive, but I can tell you that with Rs150b I don’t experience this delay.

I’m using Rs150, it is not even delay. It should be said the VU meter was not show the actual altitude of the music volume.

The Rose meters are pretty much spot on with my McIntosh meters. Maybe a micro-second difference at most.

The arrows are working slowly again, practically standing still, on my 150b someone notices on their devices

After playing the sound source on the Rose device, the VU needle is a little slow. I need to check how slowly the needle moves.

Hello, I sent the video by email. Thanks for the help!
