Is there a possebility to instead of only send the frontcover and some metadata info to the tv also select VU meters to tv?

Sorry, but there is no way to connect the RS151 and output the VU meter screen from the RS151 to a TV. The VU meter display can only be viewed directly on the RS151 itself.
Yes you are a nerd. 
But at least you didn’t ask for a set of eyes that move based on the signal strength.
(Think of a pair of Eye of Sauron which move from left to right based on signal strength and also change color when it gets too loud)
