while messing around with the unit i noticed some weird looking characters. I setup up the unit for English language and location new York. any solutions to fix the problem?

I didn’t understand your problem.
Are you saying that when you select the language to English and the region to USA on the Rose device, a strange character appears on the screen?
Can you please add a picture of this issue?
