Good afternoon. Why is the Symphony.live app no longer available on the RS250 after the update? Anyone else experiencing this issue?
Did you install the Symphony.live app from RoseStore?
RS250–>RoseStore–>Symphony.live app–>Install
The Symphony.live app is not available in the rose store on my rs250.
I have a few things to check.

When you access the Rose Store on your RS250, do you not see the Symphony.live app even after scrolling all the way to the right?

Please tell me the version information of your RS250.

Are you sure you accessed the Rose Store app on your RS250, not the RoseConnect app?
- The Symphony.live app doesn’t appear at all in the Rose Store.
- The software version is 5.9 official Rose OS 5.9.07.1 Rose Ware 5.9.07.1
- Yes, access to the Rose Store directly at Rs250.
Does not appear on my RS130 either and I am update to date on all firmware and software.
The software guys fix one and break two! What a pain!
