No, sometimes it really is the little things—or rather, “a short sequence.” But it came across so beautifully—at a moderate volume, mind you—that I thought I’d send it to VIK so he could test what his system is capable of.
After all, I don’t listen to “The Ultimate Bass Tracks” every single day! 
I can’t complain either; RP did a great job—no room modes. With two subs, the bass is distributed differently, so RP doesn’t have to intervene too heavily.

I listened to it, great album and a great performance. The recording quality leaves a lot to be desired though, of course. Are you familiar with the work of Ottmar Liebert?

But he writes that he has the album on vinyl, which might sound different.

Whenever you have a spare moment, I’d love for you to give that DeMo live album a listen and tell me what you think of the bass on “Walking in My Shoes” (The bass during the end credits of the track comes across totally dry, as if I were standing on stage.) , Just Can’t Get Enough and “Personal Jesus.” It sounds absolutely killer on my system. 
I actually had no idea this album even existed—and that’s despite being a massive DeMo fan back in my youth!
Nice choice! I’ve got Minecraft running in the background while listening to some music too it makes mining and exploring way more relaxing. Always fun finding new albums to add to the playlist.
